Pelvic floor health is important for people of all genders, ages and stages of life. YES it affects women, YES it affects men and YES it affects toddlers, to athletes to the elderly. Many individuals suffer in silence not knowing that pelvic floor dysfunctions are very common and effective treatment options exist! Our mission is simple, we want to help you gain back your confidence and help you improve your quality of life by restoring control of your pelvic health.
The pelvic floor is made up of a network of muscles, nerves, ligaments and connective tissue that provides support to your bladder, uterus, genitals and anus. The proper functioning of all these various parts of the system is essential to pelvic health. Research shows a strong correlation between poor pelvic floor function and many health conditions and postural misalignments.
